Create a warm and welcoming environment to provide a positive customer experience

Cashiers & Hosts take orders over the phone and in person for carry out and delivery; they also take reservations over the phone

Occasionally run food out to cars for curbside pickup

They greet customers walking in the door, provide them with menus, and seat them at tables 

They must learn and be knowledgeable of our menus and be able to answer customers questions/concerns

They must learn and be knowledgeable of our Point of Sale system and our Reservation system to assist the restaurant in running smoothly
