We are currently seeking a part time Cook.

Major responsibilities include:

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinners
• Review menus prior to preparation of food
• Assure that all food procedures are followed
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
• Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
• Following cleaning and closing procedures at the end of the night
• Assist in food prep before dinner rush 
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
• Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, sauté burners, flat top range and
  refrigeration equipment
