Job Description
We are currently seeking a part time Cook.
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinners

Review menus prior to preparation of food
-
Assure that all food procedures are followed
-
Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
-
Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
-
Follow all sanitation guidelines
-
Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
-
Following cleaning and closing procedures at the end of the night
-
Assist in food prep before dinner rush
-
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
-
Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
-
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty

Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, sauté burners, flat top range and
refrigeration equipment
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
-
Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
